Adysho Exchange Policy

At Adysho, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 3-Day Exchange Policy on all eligible products—so you can shop confidently.

🛍️ How Does It Work?

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order for issues related to colour or design only.

  • Product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • You may try on the product, but please preserve its condition

💰 Exchange Fee

  • A nominal ₹99 exchange fee is charged and will be included in your replacement order invoice.
  • This fee is charged only once, even if your original order had multiple products delivered separately

📌 Important Terms & Conditions

  • Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange requests will be visible in your Adysho account within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Only the product(s) selected during the exchange request will be picked up
  • If you hand over the wrong or extra item(s), Adysho is not responsible.
  • Combos/Sets must be exchanged as a whole—individual pieces can’t be exchanged.
  • Proper images of the product(s) with tags must be uploaded for the request to be accepted.
  • Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your PIN code.

🔁 Second Exchange Policy

We do not offer second exchanges by default. However, in exceptional cases, a ₹150 exchange fee will apply for a second size exchange.

🚚 Pickup Timeline

  • Reverse pickup will take place within 2-3 working days, subject to courier service availability
  • If your area is non-serviceable, you may courier the product(s) to us, and we’ll **reimburse courier charges up to ₹250

❌ Pickup Failed?

  • We attempt pickup three times. If unsuccessful, the request will be marked as failed.
  • To retry, please raise a TICKET from your Adysho account.

🧾 Received Damaged / Wrong / Incomplete Order?

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by raising a TICKET from your Adysho Account
  • Upon verification, we’ll replace the product(s) at no extra cost

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Currently, Adysho does not offer returns or refunds for delivered orders.
Only exchanges are allowed. For any other issue, raise a TICKET and we will aim to respond within 48 hours.

Adysho reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. All exchange requests are subject to approval and inspection. Adysho reserves full discretion to accept or reject any request.
